We only collect what we need to pick up, clean, and return your laundry — and to keep you updated along the way. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who this applies to
This policy covers the personal information WashBliss collects when you use our website and book our laundry pickup and delivery service in Da Nang, Vietnam. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
You give us information directly when you book an order or contact us:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) WhatsApp or Zalo.
- Address details — your building, hotel, room, or full address and its map location, so we can collect and deliver.
- Order details — service tier, pickup and delivery times, weight estimate, and laundry preferences (such as fold, iron, softener, and wash temperature).
- Messages — anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and how you use the site, through cookies and analytics.
3. Payment information
When you pay by card, your payment is processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and never touches or is stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide the service — collect, clean, and deliver your laundry.
- Calculate pricing and process your payment.
- Send you order confirmations and status updates (picked up, washing, ready, out for delivery, delivered).
- Respond to your questions and support requests.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and a privacy-conscious analytics tool (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This includes pages visited and general usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as well without them.
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run WashBliss:
- Stripe — to process card payments.
- Resend — to send you order confirmation and status emails.
- Our own pickup and delivery team — to collect and return your laundry.
- Hosting and analytics providers that keep the website running and secure.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and handle any disputes. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you non-essential messages. To make a request, email us at hello@washbliss.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children
Our service isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll remove it.
