Built to make Da Nang feel easier.
Our Vietnamese founder lived abroad and knows what it feels like to navigate everyday life in a country where you don't speak the language or use the local payment systems. Laundry should not be another problem to solve while settling in or enjoying a holiday.
That experience inspired WashBliss: a local service that expats and travellers can book in English and pay for with an international card. We come to your door, wash your laundry only with itself, and bring it back folded.
How we actually operate
Not a platform. Not an aggregator. We manage every order from start to finish.
Your clothes are washed alone
Every order gets its own wash cycle. We don't batch orders together to save time. It takes longer and costs more to run it this way — we do it anyway.
We handle the logistics, not a driver app
Pickup and delivery is done by our own team. When you book a 2-hour window, we show up in that window. We message you before we arrive and after we drop off.
International cards made simple
Pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe processes the payment; your card details never touch our servers. No local bank account is needed.
You track it, every step
When your order status changes — picked up, washing, ready, out for delivery — you get an email. The tracking page needs no account.
A small team in Da Nang
WashBliss is a small, Vietnamese-run operation with a local team building something genuinely useful for Da Nang and the people visiting or making a home here.
We currently serve locations within our Da Nang delivery zone and are expanding as we grow. Enter your address at checkout to see coverage and the exact delivery fee before confirming.
Ho Chi Minh City is in our future plans, but we'd rather do Da Nang properly first.
