Our story
Built because we got tired of bad laundry options.
We moved to Da Nang and loved it. The coffee, the beach, the pace. Then we needed clean clothes and discovered the options were: buy a washing machine, use a hotel laundry that charges per item, or find a local shop that might return your linen shirts in a bundle with a stranger's socks.
So we started WashBliss. Simple premise — book online, we come to your door, your laundry gets washed only with itself, and we bring it back folded.
How we actually operate
Not a platform. Not an aggregator. We do it ourselves, start to finish.
Your clothes are washed alone
Every single order gets its own wash cycle. We don't batch orders together to save time. It takes longer and costs more to run it this way — we do it anyway. Your favourite shirt doesn't need to meet a stranger's gym kit.
We handle the logistics, not a driver app
Pickup and delivery is done by our own team. When you book a 2-hour window, we show up in that window. We message you before we arrive and after we drop off. No third-party drivers who don't know what's in the bag.
International card or cash — your choice
Pay with your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex via Stripe. Or just have cash ready when we deliver. No local bank transfers, no QR codes tied to Vietnamese banking apps. We built it for people who don't have a local bank account yet.
You track it, every step
When your order status changes — picked up, washing, ready, out for delivery — you get an email. No hunting for a phone number to call. The tracking page is public, no account needed.
A small team in Da Nang
We're not a startup with a ping-pong table and a Series A. We're a small operation — a mix of expats and local Da Nang residents — who wanted to build something genuinely useful for this city.
The service area right now is central Da Nang and the beach district. We're expanding coverage as we grow. If you're outside our current zone, email us and we'll let you know when we reach your area.
Future plans: Ho Chi Minh City. But we're not rushing it. We'd rather do Da Nang properly first.
